3687625 - Error changes to your data cannot be saved when editing employee profile information

When updating EP information and clicking on save on UI, error "Changes to your data cannot be saved " pops up.

This is because there is inconsistency between EP data on UI and EP data in User Directory File downloaded via employee export.

• Download User Directory File downloaded via employee export
• Find the user for which the error pops up
• Compare the data on UI and in the file, and note that there is discrepancy
• Correct the data in the file and reimport the file back into the system via basic import or employee import
