3687683 - Discrepancy in capture profiles and error during customization in SAP s/4hana cloud private edition

• SAP Note 3430599 - Allow text table language fields maintained in multiple languages to be captured in customizing transport in case of deletion, has been applied.
• Issues occur when attempting to handle existing profiles in customizing, such as adding or removing custom fields.
• An error occurs when attempting to delete a custom field and save changes.
• Similar error message on VIM /OTX/* tables: "Fill table key for table &1 up to position &2 only".
