3687725 - The permission "Restrict fields of type Worker" is not Respecting Target Population in Latest People profile - 2H 2025

In Latest people profile, the permission "Restrict fields of type Worker" is not respecting the Target population and showing all the employees in the user based fields.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - People Profile Preview

1. In the Employee Profile, Navigate to any user field. 
2. The users who are outside the target population is showing in the drop down.
3. The user field is not respecting the permission "Restrict fields of type Worker". It is showing all the employees in the dropdown.
4. The issue is only occurring in Latest people profile.
5. In the "Add new employee" and in "Legacy people profile", the user field is respecting the permission "Restrict fields of type Worker".
