3687810 - No messages created during scheduled SFTP sender adapter with .txt.PGP file in Cloud Integration

Symptom

  • SFTP sender adapter is configured to pick .txt.PGP file, but no messages are created on scheduled time.
  • The interface is in the "Started" state, but no messages such as "Failed," "Success," or "Abandoned" are visible during the scheduled time.
  • Latest poll status shows "Successful," but no .txt.PGP files are processed even when file is present in the specific directory.
