3687829 - Connection blocked error while opening OCI catalogs from an SRM document or transferring items back to the SRM

Symptom

After upgrading to Chrome v142 or Edge v143 the following error is shown when user tries to open a catalog from SRM documents (SC, PO etc.) or when an item is transferred from the catalog back to SRM: 

"The connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your private network. Reload this page to allow the connection."
