Symptom

  • After provisioning a new SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite tenant or running the Initiate IAS Integration or Change IAS Integration tasks in the Upgrade Center, several default configurations are automatically created in the connected Identity Authentication (IAS) and Identity Provisioning (IPS) tenants .
  • Administrators may observe that email notifications are triggered when new IAS technical administrator users are created as part of the default configuration process .
