3687957 - Integration Center job failing due to error "eventType=Hire' due to No permission!" when triggered by ISC

Symptom

You have an Integration Center job that is triggered by an ISC event, and is failing with the following error message:

'eventId=XXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXX,eventType=XXXX' due to No permission!"

PS: the eventType may be Hire, if the event in ISC is Employee Hire, or a different one if the event in ISC is different. It will be according to the event in ISC.
