3687988 - You are unable to subscribe to task type "Approve Down Payment".

When trying to subscribe to a task of type "Approve Down Payment", no option is available.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Select the work center Home.
2. Select the view Inbox.
3. Find a task of type "Approve Down Payment".
4. Click "Subsribe to Tasks".
5. From the new window, select the tasks "Supplier Invoicing" and click "Expend".
6. From here, there is no option available regarding "Down Payment Requests".

SAP By Design does not currently have a direct “subscribe” feature for individual task types like “Approve Down Payment.”

Using SAP Cloud Application Studio, you can create an event subscription or custom workflow that triggers notifications for specific task types.

Also, and should you need any new enhancement added to the software, feel free to directly submit your request for this feature to the correct decision makers at SAP via Customer Influence. 

The Customer Influence site, https://influence.sap.com, allows customers to log Improvement Requests themselves and have the ability to work directly with our technology and development group.
