• An error occurs when attempting to add Competencies in a Competency section of a Performance Management Form when your instance is upgraded to Talent Intelligence Hub.

2. Observe the error: 
   errorMessage=Access is denied
    
   name=Error
    
   code=NotAuthorized

• The user lacks the necessary "View, Edit, and Create" permissions for attributes and tags required to add skills to the form.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles.
2. Edit the permission role assigned to the user.
3. Click on Next to Add Permissions.
4. Look for "Growth Portfolio".
5. Enable the following permissions:
   • Attribute (Create | Edit | View)
   • Attribute Type (Create | Edit | View)
   • Growth Portfolio (View | Edit)
   • Tag (View | Edit | Create)
