3688009 - JDM to JPB Migration Effect on Competencies on Live Performance Forms

Upon conducting the migration process from JDM to JPB (to then possibly upgrade later to TIH) competencies may be found on live performance forms.

1. Competencies are available in the system.
2. Performance form template is configured with attribute section which uses attributes.
3. Performance forms are launched for users and competencies can be found on the forms.
4. Migration process is about to happen from JDM to JPB (Later maybe upgrade to TIH)

Deleting competencies is advised against at any point in the system. When attributes are not needed the advised step is to make them inactive.

However making attributes inactive is not recommended while the attributes are available and used on live performance forms. 

To proceed with migration it is advised to complete the evaluation process and complete the performance forms, then follow the migration process from JDM to JPB accordingly the following documentation:
