3688039 - Text color change in global header search bar post 2H 2025 release

The first name of the user search in the global search bar is displayed in bold black instead of bold blue, as it was prior to the 2H 2025 release.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

1. Navigate to the global search bar.
2. Perform a user search using the first name.
3. Observe that the first name is displayed in bold black instead of bold blue.

Expected by system design as part of the 2H 2025 release. 

Previously, the search result list theme was customized, and both the text and background colors were managed through the Theme Manager. However, when the background was blue and the text was white, the highlighted text became invisible because the highlight color was always blue. To address this issue, we decided to use bold text for highlighting instead which covers all the scenarios and aligns with the standard behavior of SAP Fiori component/guidelines, which means that the selected color text is what you will see in bold for the first search word.
