3688057 - Error Deleting ServiceNow Item, Can Not Delete Record in LeanIX ServiceNow Integration

When running a LeanIX → ServiceNow integration sync, deletion attempts fail and the following error appears:

“message": "error deleting ServiceNow item, table business_app >> Can not delete record xxxxxx in table business_app >> 400 - Bad Request (message=Failed to delete record with id=xxxxxx in table=business_app, detail=null)"
