Symptom

Global Assignment Details portlet is not updated when Legal Entity is changed in Job Information in Host profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the instance
  2. Go to the host assignment profile
  3. Insert a new record in Job Information changing the Legal Entity
  4. Save the changes
  5. Verify that no updates appear in the Global Assignment Details portlet

    Cause

    Expected behavior

    Resolution

    The Legal Entity on the GA portlet is linked with the Add GA record in Job Information. Only when changing the Legal Entity in Add GA in Job Information that the Legal Entity in GA portlet will be updated.
