3688211 - Global Info field not visible in personal information portlet after 2H2025 release

Symptom

  •  The Global Info "generic" fields, such as Ethnic Group (United Kingdom) and Mother’s Name (Hungary), in the EC Personal Information portlet are no longer visible in the people profile UI, even though the permissions are granted and the configuration is correct.
  • The fields are only displayed when the portlet is opened or when navigating to the history.
