3688213 - Reminder in Service Contract

Symptom

When the owner of a Service Contract changes, (field Handled By on Service Contract tab General) after the Renewal alert has been sent, the alert will not be sent to the new owner.

Likewise, if the End Date or Reminder Day(s) are changed, after the Renewal alert has been sent, the system will not trigger the alert afterwards.
