  • Navigate to Provisioning.
  • Company Settings.
  • Check the KMS web service user credentials.

Resolution

    Provide the KMS web service user credentials used in provisioning.

      1.  Navigate to Provisioning.
      2. Company Settings.
      3. Search for Enable Onboarding 1.0 Application.
      4. Check the KMS Web Services credentials.
