3688271 - Error "Attribute 'Country' is not defined for object BP_AddressDependent" when displaying address detail in MDG UI

Symptom

When displaying address detail in MDG UI, you get a 500 Internal Server Error with message "Attribute 'Country' is not defined for object BP_AddressDependent". And there is an UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION: CX_CRM_GENIL_MODEL_ERROR in ST22.
