3688282 - Users with Consumer role cannot view dashboards in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

Symptom

Users assigned the Consumer role in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence are unable to view dashboards.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Assign the Consumer role to a user in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
  2. Attempt to access dashboards within the Process Intelligence module.
  3. Observe that the user is unable to view the dashboards or associated data.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Verify the sharing settings of the dashboard in question within SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
  2. Ensure that the dashboard is not set to "Private". If it is set to "Private", only users with the Manager role can view the dashboard.
  3. If the dashboard is set to "Private", change the sharing settings to allow access to Analysts or other roles as required.
