Duplicate orders are being generated with the same original cart code and GUID. Logs indicate multiple "place order" requests for the same cart. Despite implementing a front-end constraint that disables the "Place Order" button after a user clicks it, duplicate orders persist. This issue is particularly prevalent during periods of high traffic or heavy database usage, causing the website to become unresponsive and resulting in orders being placed seconds or milliseconds apart.
