Symptom

How to change the start date or end date of a job detail of a work agreement in Manage Workforce app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open "Manage Workforce" application.
  2. Open the profile of desired worker.
  3. Click on desired work agreement.
  4. Try to change the start date or end date of a job detail.

Resolution

  • Once created and confirmed, it is not possible to change the start date or end date of a job detail.
  • But it is possible to delete the existing job detail by selecting the job detail and clicking on "Delete" button and create a new one with the correct validity period.
