3688407 - How to check when a table was dropped and who dropped the table by using transaction log dump file - SAP ASE

Symptom

A table was dropped accidentally.
But no one knows the exact time the table was dropped, nor does anyone know who dropped it.
Moreover, a backup of transaction log (dump transaction) was performed after dropping the table.
Then we cannot execute "dbcc log" to extract transaction log for the target database.
Because committed transactions on the database ware truncated after backup by dump transaction.
We have only the backup file for transaction log.
In the above situation, how can we check when a table was dropped and who dropped the table ?
