Symptom
- In the Latest People Profile when "Use for Compa ratio Calculation" and "Use for Range Penetration " switches are turned to "NO", in pay component group -> Compa ratio and range penetration show as "Undefined%".
- The values show as blank ( - ) in the legacy people profile.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Home > Employee file > Compensation Information.
- Open the compensation portlet and observe the "Compa Ratio" and "Position In Range" fields displaying undefined%.
- Compare with the legacy People Profile where it shows as ( - )
Cause
- The issue arises due to the behavior of switches "Use for Compa ratio Calculation" and "Use for Range Penetration" in the Latest People Profile.
- When these switches are set to "NO," the fields display "undefined%" instead of blank ("-"), which differs from the behavior in the legacy People Profile.
Resolution
The issue will be fixed in 1H 2026 release.
