• Internal candidate is not appearing in the onboarding process due to a BPE error.
• Error message: "You cannot make this change to the effective start date because time sheets already contain data before the new effective start date."
• Additional error details: "There is already a hire record for user. You cannot create another hire record if one already exists. You cannot create a job information record before the effective start date in the hire record."
• Sometime sheet entries are approved, while others are marked as "To Be Submitted".
• Direct deletion of time sheets is risky as it may impact payroll.
