3688492 - Form template name can't be initial error in Create Correspondence app

While executing the new correspondence in "Create Correspondence" app, the error below is encountered in 'PDF Preview' tab.

"FIN_CORR/342 Output Management could not generate the requested PDF document.
CA-GTF-FXU-FI-AR/SAP/FI_CORRESPONDENCE_V2_&.7324730 For backend administrators: use ADT feed reader "SAP Gateway Error Log" or run transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG on SAP Gateway hub system and search for entries with the timestamp above for more details.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Create Correspondence" app.
2. Execute a new correspondence for SAP06 (Account Statement), SAP13 (Customer Statement) or SAP08 (Open Item List) etc..
3. Attempt to preview the PDF document.
4. Observe the error messages listed in the symptom section.

The form template maintained in the "Output Parameter Determination" app has not been determined.

1. Access the "Output Parameter Determination" app.
2. Navigate to the corresponding rule and 'Form Template' determination step.
3. Check if the form template has been maintained.
4. If maintained, check if any columns have the value of a space or if there are additional conditions preventing the system from finding the maintained form template.
