3688514 - Additional clarification for the Import Spreadsheet activity according to SAP note 3670097 - Enhanced Tax Box Structure Maintenance Instructions for the DRC Romania VAT 300 Declaration report

1. SAP note 3670097 provides instructions for enabling a new version of the Romania VAT 300 declaration tax box reporting structure in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
2. Step #2 of these instructions contains the following recommendation: "On each configuration activity tab, select (Menu) > Table View > Import Spreadsheet > Contents and import the respective Excel sheets attached to this note in each tab."
3. However, the "Import Spreadsheet" item is not available under the described path.

1. Run Configuration activity: Define Enhanced Tax Box Structure (ID: 103011).
2. Select Configure.
3. Enter RO (Romania) in the Country/Region field.
4. Click Apply to proceed.
5. On each configuration activity tab, select (Menu) > Table View > Import Spreadsheet > Contents.

1. The Import Spreadsheet option is not available in the Change mode.
2. To enable the Import Spreadsheet option, switch to the Display mode.

1. Use the (Menu) > Table View > Change -> Display option to switch the mode.
2. Import the respective Excel sheets as described in SAP note 3670097.
