3688523 - 2H 2025 Release:Not able to change field label using manage languages - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Not able to change field label in UI using "Manage Languages".

For the key "RECRUITING_OFFER_Joining_Date", Customer added a custom translation  for the locale English (US)  in "Manage Languages".
However, this translation is still not appearing in the system even after more than 24 hours.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to Manage Languages
  • Select Language English US
  • Find and Modify the language keys adding custom translation
  • AFTER MORE than 24 hours, an Online Offer Letter is sent to a candidate from the system
  • The candidate logs into their profile to see the offer
  • The custom translation is not displayed

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.
