Symptom

Error occurs as "No data available for selection criteria" when trying to create a subcontracting challan in "Create Subcontracting Challan -India" application.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to app create subcontracting challan -India.
  2. Enter company code, plant, subcontractor, material document.
  3. Click on create challan.
  4. Click on run.
  5. Observe the error.

Resolution

Verify the movement type used for posting the material document, ensure that the movement type aligns with the standard configuration for subcontracting challan (`541 O` and `101 O`).
