3688580 - categories displayed in training planner despite browse by category setting being turned off

Categories are displayed in the Training Planner view even though the browse by category setting is disabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access the Training Planner view in the LMS system.
2. Ensure the browse by category setting is turned off.
3. Observe that categories are still displayed in the Training Planner view and the view is displayed in the legacy homepage format. 

1. The PM team has confirmed that the current behavior of the search within the career development planner and other areas such as creating a collection, assigning training, or using the Training Planner is by design.
2. Updates to ensure the enhanced search function and consistent experience across all areas are planned for future releases.
