3688640 - Onboarding New Hire Tag on Employee Profile - Onboarding

Symptom

As of the 2H 2505 release, the inactive tag for onboardees has now been replaced by an onboarding new hire tag on the employee profile.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Resolution

  • This onboarding new hire tag should be visible under the name and position information (highlighted in blue in the picture below).
  • This tag will be removed once onboardee is converted to an employee.

Please note that the latest people profile needs to be implemented for this new feature to be present.
