3688666 - FAGLL03H - Message No. FGV004 or No data displayed for a specific clearing date selection

Symptom

  • In FAGLL03H in 'Clear items', when a 'Clearing date' is entered and 'Open Items at Key Date' is empty, the following error message occurs:  SYST: Date 00.00.0000 not expected. (Message No. FGV004).
  • When a 'Clearing date'  is entered, and the 'Open Items at Key Date'  is entered also, no data is returned in the output despite clearing documents existing on this date
