3688668 - 2H2025 - Managers unable to view payroll portlet for other employees using Latest People Profile

In New People Profile, Managers or HR Admins without Payroll Administration permission are unable to view the payroll category for their employees to display pay statements, despite there is no recent changes on the permissions assigned.
