3688677 - Opening a Web Intelligence report via open document link with prompt names or values containing spaces encoded as '%20' does not return data when using &sRefresh=Y.

Symptom

  • When Web Intelligence document is opened through a Open document URL with prompts names values which contain spaces encoded as %20 and the parameter &sRefresh=Y, it fails to load data and displays no data in report. 
  • Web Intelligence report works normally within the application.
