Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to download one of the templates using the "Import Group Journal Entries" app in SAP Fiori.
  • Error message: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
  • Additional error message in transaction code /N/IWFND/ERROR_LOG: "Dereferencing of the NULL reference", "An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause."
