1. Go to Manage Data.
2. Select Time Type.
3. Try to assign Workflow in 'Workflow Configuration' field.
   
   
4. Error 'Time type can't be saved. This time type is the main attendance time type of a time profile. Therefore, the time type can't have a workflow configuration.'
   
   

The main attendance and break time types are used to generate a substantial amount of data (negative recorders and breaks are generated) and hence it is not allowed to assign a workflow on generated data.

This is as per the standard design. You can't add single record approval to time types that are main attendance time types or main break time types in a time profile.
