3688817 - Carrier update behavior in TU and EWM delivery in the context of direct TM-EWM integration in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • For direct TM-EWM integration, FO with carrier information sends Loading Instructions to EWM to create the TU.
  • TU is created with carrier assigned and this has been propagated to the partners tab of EWM delivery as well.
  • Clearing the carrier in the FO and sending new loading instructions without a carrier removes the carrier at the Transportation Unit (TU) level but does not update the ERP delivery nor EWM delivery to reflect the removal of the carrier.
