• Backup operation fails for tenant database with error message: "Failed to check consistency during readContent: Inconsistent root key". SYSTEMDB SSFS keys are consistent.
  
  
• Error messages include:
  "STDERR = * 2: general error: Backup error: operation failed for database(s) { 3: Failed to check consistency during readContent: Inconsistent root key! }. SQLSTATE: HY000"
  "RootKeyStoreConsistencyChecker.cpp(00145): key with type/version Backup/0 is inconsistent! (key not found in root key store)."
  "RootKeyStoreConsistencyChecker.cpp(00145): key with type/version Redo log/0 is inconsistent! (key not found in root key store)."
  "RootKeyStoreConsistencyChecker.cpp(00088): Failed to check consistency during readContent: Inconsistent root key!"
