3688859 - Automatic WTs are not created after GR even if it is customized in ST level

Symptom

The Storage Type (ST) is customized to create automatic Warehouse Tasks (WT) in field 'Automatic WT Creation at GR'.

Once Goods Receipt (GR) is performed for an Inbound Delivery (PDI), the tasks are not generated automatically.
