3688880 - MDG Consolidation&Mass Processing processes stuck due to error in workflow log: Process not found

Symptom

You have started a MDG Consolidation or Mass Processing process, you realize that the process is started but not processed further. With the check in SBGRFCMON, there is no entry for the process created and from MDCLOG there is no record. When checking SWI6 with Business Object "BUS2240" for the corresponding process ID, you could see the workflow for the process is started but terminated due to error "Process not found".
