After 2H 2025 release, will see error while running below checks in Check Tool > System Health > Onboarding Application:

  • Document template is consistent. (ONB2CheckBizxTemplatesExistInHCP)
  • Document template for Print Forms service is consistent. (ONB2CheckHCPTemplatesExistInBizx)

Error message:

An exception occurred during the check execution. The error ID is xxxxx.
