3688920 - Password synchronization issue between Recruiting and CDC - Recruiting Management

Symptom

  • Password synchronization issue observed between Recruiting and Customer Data Cloud (CDC).
  • External candidates who create profiles on the external career site using Recruiting/RMK UX experience login issues when attempting to apply for a job. 
  • The login screen via CDC does not recognize the password used during profile creation in Recruiting/RMK.
  • Candidates are required to reset their password to log in again.
