Symptom
- When initiating the case overview from the SAP CX AI Toolkit to SAP C4C, the data was not updating in the Ticket Overview KUT field in SAP C4C.
- The expected behavior is that the case details pushed from SAP CX AI Toolkit should automatically populate and update the corresponding KUT field in SAP C4C.
- This update was not occurring, resulting in incomplete ticket information on the SAP C4C side.
