3689004 - xml partner function data missing in sales order creation using fiori app "create sales order – va01"

• During the creation of a Sales Order using the Fiori App "Create Sales Order – VA01," the XML Partner Function appears blank.
• This issue impacts the integration process as the required partner function values are not populated in the XML payload.

1. Create a Sales Order using the Fiori App "Create Sales Order – VA01."
2. Generate the XML for the Sales Order.
3. Observe that the Partner Function data is missing in the XML payload.
