3689005 - Issue EB0001 is Missing in Investment Profile

Symptom

The investment profile EB0001 is not available in the customer's SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The investment profile EB0001 (table TAPRF) is only delivered to new customers with CE 2508 and is not automatically available to already existing customers in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, the customer can either use the delivered investment profile EB0001 (if available in the system) or create a new investment profile by performing the following steps:

  1. Create a new investment profile or copy from an existing one.
  2. Set the indicator "Event-Based Settlement to AuC" in the new investment profile.
  3. Assign the appropriate asset class to the investment profile.

Note: If EB0001 is available in your system, it can also be used directly.
