3689024 - Slow Backoffice Loading and "Proxy Error" when login to the Backoffice

Symptom

Users experience extremely slow performance when attempting to access/log in to the Backoffice. The specific symptoms are:

  • Prolonged Load Time:​ The Backoffice takes one minute or longer to load completely after login.
  • Proxy Error Message:​ Sometimes, the following error message is displayed:
    Proxy Error - The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request. Reason: Error reading from the remote server.
  • May find some TRACE level logs in the Kibana like below:
