Symptom
Users experience extremely slow performance when attempting to access/log in to the Backoffice. The specific symptoms are:
- Prolonged Load Time: The Backoffice takes one minute or longer to load completely after login.
- Proxy Error Message: Sometimes, the following error message is displayed:
Proxy Error - The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request. Reason: Error reading from the remote server. - May find some TRACE level logs in the Kibana like below:
