3689053 - Condition type is not determined in the sales document even though the condition record has been maintained for reference condition type.

Symptom

In transaction V/06, condition type A has been maintained with reference condition type B. In transaction VK13, there is a valid condition record maintained for condition type B. However, condition type A is not determined in the sales document.
