3689056 - Incorrect distribution of header condition values in basis formulas 012

Symptom

A group condition type utilizes condition base formula 012, distributing the standard proportion among items. However, it has been observed that when an item involves a unit of measure (UoM), such as KG, the system does not consider this UoM and still calculates based on the gross weight itself. This leads to situations where, for example, an item measured in KG  having a very small gross weight, ends up with a very small condition value, From a business perspective, this value is expected to be the highest, yet the actual outcome is contrary to expectations.
