3689082 - External Posting with RMK looks significantly different from the Formatting in RCM - Recruiting Management

When a job is posted both externally and internally, the job formatting looks significantly different.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Create job requisition and add the job description with specific format
3. Post the job internally and externally
4. Notice that while the Internal posting follows the format given in the job requisition, the External posting has a different format and size

Customer is using RCM for their Internal Posting while uses RMK for their External Posting.

The Internal career site is viewing the posting using RCM hence using the same formatting entered in the Job Requisition Details.

The External career site uses RMK and formatting is configured using CSB (Career Site Builder) which will override the formatting in RCM according to the layout configuration.
