3689165 - Date column truncated in edit history view in talent pools using Chinese language

When viewing the "Edit History" in the Talent Pool page using the Chinese version (locale), the "Date" column information is truncated and the full timestamp is not visible.

Users are unable to adjust the column width to ensure the full date and time are visible without manual resizing.

1. Navigate to Succession > Talent Pool.
2. Select any pool.
3. Click "View Nomination History" (clock icon).
4. Observe the "Date" field in the edit history. In the English version, the full date is visible, but in the Chinese version, the value is truncated and the full timestamp cannot be seen.

The issue is identified as a UI display problem where the column width does not accommodate the full date value in the Chinese locale.

As a workaround, hover the mouse over the date field to view the complete date string in a tooltip.
