3689199 - Error on compensation information portlet in latest people profile: Looks like something went wrong. Please try again.

For some users the compensation information is not available in the Latest People Profile and system displays the following error message:

"Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: 400 Bad Request."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Log in to the system using the support user credentials;
2. Search for the affected user;
3. Navigate to the Compensation section on the People Profile;
4. Observe that no compensation data is available, and the error message is displayed:
   
   "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: 400 Bad Request."
   
   

The onboarding information object was not deleted during the user conversion process. As a result, the API identifies the user as "Onboardee" and prevents compensation data from being displayed.

According to Engineering Team, the onboarding data for the related users should be deleted and a scrip may be considered to perform this action.
