Symptom

  • Issues establishing a Live Data Connection or Import Connection between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and the SAP ABAP Backend via the SAP Cloud Connector.
  • The ICM trace (accessible via transaction SMICM) displays the error: SSSLRC_NO_SSL_REQUEST. This indicates that the ICM received a request on the HTTPS port, but the SSL handshake or certificate request did not occur as expected (e.g., treated as plain HTTP).
